I'm working with the Pacific Northwest Economic Region (PNWER) gang to look at doing a project on a Disaster Wiki. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to demonstrate how government agencies can "let go" and get more done by empowering individual citizens to be part of the solution during all phases of emergency management
