These are not mega dollars overall, it makes me wonder what the democrats are doing in the way of earmarks for EOCS. Are they behind the power curve on this topic, or just not highlighted in the news item.
Emergency operations centers top the list of GOP earmarks also provides some insights to some other earmarks provided that have homeland security implications. Clarkson University and ITT did much better at getting funds than did the average EOC on the list.
