Jane Hull Lute I picked this quote up earlier this week at a social media workshop I attended. It is exactly what I have said previously about what is importantâ"first water, then information, then food and shelter in that order. People need to know what is going on for them to have hope for the future. Hope is what keeps a person going and information can feed that hope.
In today's information age we need to be moving information faster than we can move other commodities. Where there is a will, there is a way to get information to people. With the proliferation of hand held devices we have a huge opportunity to inform the public and harness their energy to be part of the solution.
