I have to admit sometimes it is hard to discern what is truth and what is hype when it comes to disasters. In the media age you can always find some who will say the sky is falling. In this case I'm pleased to see the USA doing something proactively, not wanting to be caught with their shoes untied when something does happen.

Dusting off the panflu plan is an appropriate end of summer activity.
