Confirmed, unconfirmed...how do you report it when you don't have "eyes on target" as we use to say in the Army. The information is there, sorting through it and finding a way to paint a picture of what is going on is the hard part.
Actually it sounds like the challenge of working in a military Tactical Operations Center (TOC), multiple reports pouring in. Trying to figure out what is going on, posting data on a map, sounds like something an EOC might do during a disaster.
