The White House Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has begun an effort to create competency models for use in hiring cyber-security personnel. The OPM is requesting documentation including position descriptions, vacancy announcements, crediting plans, training plans, performance management plans and competency models relating to cyber-security in all federal agencies.
