One of the world’s most wanted cyber-thieves was arrested at an airport in Nice, France, authorities said. Vladislav Anatolieviech Horohorin was arrested while waiting for a flight to Moscow. Horohorin, who ran a website selling stolen credit card information, was linked to every major theft of financial information reported, according to Michael Merritt, the Secret Service's assistant director for investigations.
