NICE Systems announced the winners of it PSAPs' Finest Award on Monday, Aug. 2, at the APCO Conference and Expo in Houston. NICE’s PSAPs’ Finest is an annual awards program that recognizes top performers in public safety answering points for their outstanding contributions to public safety communications.
